Price is £70+ VAT. This course is the entry level Paediatric First Aid course aimed at anyone who cares for children, but does not require a full 12 Hour qualification as specified by the March 2017 changes to the EYFS framework All newly qualified entrants to the early years workforce who have completed a level 2 and/or level 3 qualification on or after 30 June 2016, must also have either a full PFA or this emergency PFA certificate within three months of starting work. In many situations if you are registering on the Full Ofsted Register you will need our full two day or one day online followed by one day in the classroom first aid course (Blended learning). Occupations that use this course: Child care workers, Nannies, Au Pairs, Voluntary Workers, Teachers, Teaching assistants, Domestic Staff, Support staff, Playground Staff, Lunchtime Assistants, Administrators. Training is designed for workers caring for young children in the absence of their parents and is appropriate to the age of the children being cared for. The Emergency PFA course is face-to-face classroom teaching and lasts for a minimum of 6 hours. After Reserving a Seat we will be notified of your booking. PAYMENT will be requested via invoice upon receipt of your booking or approximately 6 weeks ahead. Please wear comfortable clothing as you will be expected to carry out practical skills. Details are given prior to attending class which must be adhered to. Time Allowed for lunch break. Free Parking available on site. Tea/Coffee/Refreshments included. You will receive a PDF Paediatric First Aid PDF student manual, weekly video email refreshers and reminders when your certificate needs refreshing or requalifying.
