Absolutely incredible trainer - best first aid course I have been on, kept everyone engaged, full of stories. I have come away actually remembering what was taught. Thank you for a brilliant session.

Great instructor, knowledgeable, knew the answers to all the question, the information was given in a very clear, friendly manner, and even serious and difficult tasks were manageable under his supervision. A very nice person as well! Really happy with the course 👍

Jen has a way of making the First Aid Course into a fun thing to do rather than a terrifying prospect which it is always to me.

I would personally like to thank Jan, myself and Holly weren't looking forward to attending a classroom - being new to it all we wasn't really sure what to expect but our instructor "Jen" was fantastic, we both left with complete confidence in our ability to perform first aid. This is credit to Jen and her passion to pass on lifesaving knowledge!! I would advise anyone, whether it's required or not to take this course because to someone out there it could make all the difference. 10/10 extremely pleased we've done this one.

Fantastic instructor! I feel confident that I could put everything she taught me into practice, should it be required.

Years ago I was a first aider in another workplace and unfortunately had to deal with a few very difficult incidents including a death. Because of this I was a little nervous about the propsect of being a first aider again but Jen really out me at ease on this course and helped me build up my confidence again so now I feel much better about the prospect of delivering first aid. She explained things so well, particularly CPR - much better than my previous first aid course - so we could actually understand what CPR does to increase the chance of an individual surviving. I can't rate Jen highly enough - she made what is quite a dry subject fun at the same time as being informative and ensuring we really understood everything in order to feel confident in our ability.

As per the above, both her knowledge and enthusiasm for the course were infectious and made everyone at ease during the course. This then led to a very active, informative course where the instructor used her vast knowledge of the subject matter to assist us. It made the course very enjoyable and you felt everyone had input to the course. All in all a very good course taught by a very knowledgeable instructor in a relaxed friendly manner.

The course was well paced and the instructor was well resourced both in her knowledge and equipment. There was plenty of time to demonstrate the practical skills associated with First Aid. The instructor was informative, friendly and approachable. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learnt so much.
