Instructor is very good! Friendly safe environment for learning first aid and for ensuring students are comfortable and safe. Overall clear instructions and practical elements. Provides plenty of resources and is able to answer any further questions raised throughout course. Takes into consideration the work-place specific nature for those on workplace courses, looking into the problems related to our industry alongside general ones.

Carl is a great instructor, very informative and led the course in a fun and interactive manner that made learning very easy. I highly recommend him and would definitely take another course led by him in the future, a very educational and enjoyable 3 days.
