Instructor is very good! Friendly safe environment for learning first aid and for ensuring students are comfortable and safe. Overall clear instructions and practical elements. Provides plenty of resources and is able to answer any further questions raised throughout course. Takes into consideration the work-place specific nature for those on workplace courses, looking into the problems related to our industry alongside general ones.

Found him very approachable when unsure that the answer I was given was correct, made the whole group work well together in practice. Would highly recommend 5***
