Emma is “bloody” brilliant (excuse the pun!) I have never had such an informative, engaging and interesting first aid training. Also super sensitive and supportive throughout. Would do again tomorrow is I had to!

Instructor was brilliant. Videos less so: too much detail on some subjects that aren't first aid, no pictures of different colour skin (eg meningitis rash on black vs white skin).

Bit chaotic in places. Too much learning having to be done online. Some questions in the test were not covered in the training (but probably were in the online info!). Some specialist terms are difficult to remember but the concept is easier tot remember. Hypovolemic shock is not a term I’ll remember but I the concept of low blood volume I would! Maybe the questions could reflect that knowledge, not remembering those specific terms.
