Nikki was a fantastic trainer full of knowledge and passion for her subject. She was inclusive, adaptable and made the whole group welcome. Her style is friendly and informal but it's authoritative. A great course delivered by a great trainer. I also found the blended nature of the course (online and in person) to be really useful. Thank you.

Nikki is a great instructor who not only teaches knowledge but she taught us practical skills as well. She spoke clearly and effectively. She brought enough equipment for everyone to practise rather than one person in front of everyone and that reassured us all. Nikki was also very funny so it helped this course to not be a bore.

Nikki was very engaging as a first aid instructor, I feel confident with First Aid. I enjoyed the real life experience stories, as this helped with levels of engagement. Nikki brought a lot of fun/calm/ease to the training day, I didn't feel under pressure which helped with receiving knowledge.
