Excellent instructor and outstanding course delivery throughout. The training was engaging, informative, and tailored perfectly to the needs of our sports club. All of the key first aid topics we required were covered in detail, with clear explanations and practical demonstrations that helped build confidence in applying the skills learned.
The instructor was knowledgeable, approachable, and encouraged participation, creating a relaxed learning environment. There was also plenty of opportunity to ask additional questions, which were answered thoroughly and professionally. We would highly recommend this course to any sports club or organisation looking for high-quality first aid training.
