Paul is a fantastic instructor, very engaging and made everyone feel at ease when asking questions and I relaxed into the course quickly. I have attended First Aid at work courses before, and this by far was superior. We were able to be so hands on, no "death by powerpoint", lots of group conversations and scenarios. Paul made a three day course very enjoyable....thank you Paul!
