I can 100% recommend Abi Winstanley and her first aid training courses. It is clear that Abi is an expert in her field and knowledgeable to a level for this course and beyond. The course was not only incredibly informative but Abi effectively used a combination of different methods and training videos so that we could approach some very serious topics with knowledge and occasional light-hearted moments to help boost the learning experience

The instructor was very professional making learning serious but fun at the same time while also keeping on topic, especially when some students would expand on their experiences, that although we’re very interesting, would have made it difficult to keep to time. Enjoyed the way the instructor taught this course and would definitely recommend it.

Abi delivered a fantastic training session!
She made it really enjoyable, using a variety of different techniques, which made the whole day really engaging and the learning really memorable. I’d highly recommend her sessions.

Having done a few first aid courses in the past I feel I have a much better chance of remembering the work and using it if needed - engagingly presented and plenty of hands on exercises
