Nicky is a lovely lady and she is very easy to listen to. She explains things very well and if I didn’t understand, she answered every question with detail, until i did.

Nicky is a friendly, helpful and very experienced trainer. She was very clear with her teaching and instructions. She gave us plenty of encouragement. She has a lot of useful equipment, which helped with our learning.
I would highly recommend her as a First Aid Traner.
