Becky delivered an excellent Outdoor Pursuits first aid course, tailoring the content specifically to paddlesports for use within our organisation. She also incorporated realistic, hands-on scenarios, including invitation of her surprise guest (Leafy) to simulate water and near-water incidents, which greatly enhanced the learning experience. Becky was a supportive and knowledgeable instructor who made a good effort to relay the course content in an engaging and rememberable way. Due to the nature of the sport I do, some first aid situations could be tricky and Becky did a great job of explaining ways of working in tight/restricted areas with difficult injuries or even unconscious casualties. Additionally, the supporting instructor did a great job at creating scenarios that were relevant and life-like with slight tweaks depending on variations in the environment. Overall, I really enjoyed this course and was impressed by the knowledge of the instructors.

Excellent course. Loved it!!!

The session was great, very proactive and engaging. The use of real life situations and the ability to put our own experiences and understanding into the learning was spot on for making the content stick. I am very confident that this has given em the confidence to carry it into the work environment if needed.
