Extensively informative, relaxed learning environment. This was a refresher course for initial course. I remembered much from my first course. So Heidi you did a good job first time round. Enjoyed the refresher!

Really enjoyable informative course, relaxed environment, enhanced by the instructors dogs Maggie, Melvin and Lucy. It was great to practice bandages on a live dog and were all fantastic. It was good to have an updated course because you are not using the information regularly and can be forgotten over time. Lovely update. (I attended one of Heidi's courses previously).

I have loved the course, it was very interesting to learn all different first aid topics. I feel like I have gained a lot of knowledge on first aid.

I have really enjoyed this course. It is very informative and engaging. There is a great mix of practical and theory which helps you to remember. I feel more confident in dealing with certain situations that may occur. I have gained more information to help not only my dog at home but the dogs at work when it comes to first aid situations.

Very detailed and clearly explained. Demonstrations were excellent participating was good fun as well as educational. After 40 years of dog ownership I have learnt a huge amount. I feel much more competent for first aid situations.
