Very friendly professionals who delivered the course in a fun environment while getting all the life-saving key points across. I was a bit anxious about remembering everything at first, but Lisa was great- she answered all my questions and made sure everyone understood each topic before moving onto the next. Not to mention the hands-on approach, it was very informative and very "real" to use the practice defib. 100% recommend if you are looking to upskill your staff, or upskill yourself!
