Zoe has been exceptional—she answered all my questions clearly and professionally, and was incredibly supportive throughout the process. The in-person training was quite intensive, with a lot of information covered in a short time, but it was delivered in a way that made it manageable and effective. Thanks to her guidance, I passed without any issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the training experience and would highly recommend it.

The instructor Zenobia was very good at delivering first aid class. The way she did it was very engaging, interesting and also fun. She provided us with lots of useful information, and she spoke very clearly. Definitely I would highly recommend booking her for the first aid training!
