Brilliant course. Excellent blend of visual and practical teaching with opportunities to practice techniques. The use of high quality ‘dolls’ when conducting CPR was excellent for practice and was linked to a laptop to show the speed and force of compressions and breaths. Would highly recommend to anyone who has or hasn’t completed a first aid course in the past.

Paul is a brilliant instructor. The course was super comprehensive and was structured in a clear, concise way. I have come away with a much deeper knowledge of first aid and would feel more confident to deliver first aid now.
