Absolutely fantastic communication and teaching skills. Tom taught this course, he did not simply talk at us, he kept us all continuously engaged throughout the course and was sure to properly answer and explain any questions. Tom was brilliant! Excellent presentation, he was really clear with instructing on how to deal with any situations that might arise, and also thinking ahead to plan how to best manage and control each scenario. Great to hear from the perspective of a firefighter too as it gave a different kind of insight into how a first aid emergency situation should be managed effectively
