This was a great first aid course provided by Col. he gave us some great scenarios to practice all of our first aid skills.

Our instructor (Col) was very clear and precise when teaching us these things. We were offered lots of opportunities to recap our learning and rehearse the practical elements of the course. I enjoyed the day and feel prepared to administer basic first aid at work.

Col is a great instructor. He is very knowledgeable and imparts the information clearly and concisely. He has a very good demeanour and has many anecdotes to back up the teaching. I would highly recommend him as an instructor.
