Richard Johnson went above and beyond to deliver a first class course. His knowledge of the most current and past guidelines and many years of real life application provided a reliable source of information. We had an adequate supply of the latest equipment for all to use and plenty 'hands on' practice and role playing along with the theory. This course with the use of the excellent Protrainings website is the perfect combination for quality and value.
