Sue was extremely knowledgable and explained everything in a way that everyone on the group could understand. I have been on many First Aid courses and I can say that this as the best by far. I not only felt that my questions where answered but that I had 1 2 1 support to ensure I was happy and understood everything. A fantastic trainer !!
