I felt at the end that I had really learned something. We were taken through the exercises several times before being assessed. The day was really full on and l would definitely recommend this course if you really want to learn something (that might save a life!). I hadn't had to do a multiple choice test before, but it added to the training, and I passed. The instructor was friendly and encouraging and we were kept busy all the time.
