John taught me a lot. He realised i was struggling with reading and struggled with the multiple choice questions. I was getting flustered as there were several other people in the class. He allowed me extra time when everyone had left to retry the exam and even let me come in the following day to just go over things to make sure i understood everything. A brilliant instructor who looks after everyones needs.
