I believe that Pam is a very experienced, warm, knowledgeable and passionate trainer, who allowed the class to ask questions and she answered them appropriately. I believe all her equipment that she used as part of the training was excellent especially the AED as they allowed us to understand what was would be requires in an emergency situation. I feel very confident to move forward as a first aider.
