Pam loves her subject matter and it shows in the way she presents it . She is very patient and nothing was too much to repeat if a candidate did not Understand. The atmosphere was of such that there was not silly question. All felt comfort and at ease. Although there was a lot of information to present it was presented in a way that made learning easier. I would recommend her to others for this training. 10/10.
