Phil at Forseti Training is an excellent instructor - he explained everything clearly and went into really great detail on helping patients with critical bleeding. I'm squeamish around blood, but he made me feel very comfortable. Thanks Phil!

Phil Carr is an excellent first aid instructor. Clear, knowledgeable, and genuinely engaging. He explains complex situations in a simple, practical way and makes the sessions confident and enjoyable. His real-world experience really shows, and he creates a relaxed environment where questions are encouraged. I came away feeling well prepared and confident to apply first aid in real situations. Phil clearly has a wealth of practical experience, which he wove into the training with relevant anecdotes and real-world examples, enhancing the learning experience significantly. A friendly manner and he Didn't mind me interrupting with questions. I liked that he drew diagrams that helped me understand things better. I don't feel so worried now about having to use my training.
