Excellent course, rather than sit and stare at a screen all day and zone out, Karen kept us engaged by having regular hands on with equipment and senarios to asses what we were learning was being taken in and retained, also asked about out our prior knowledge so that she could base the training on that rather than assuming everyone needed to be taught from squre 1 which is often the case . One of, if not the best First Aid Course I have been on.

An excellent trainer, presentation skills, training methods and 'checking in' were second to none. A very good course, expertly presented. Also, the training equipment tools were very good.

A highly engaging and knowledgeable instructor. She made what could otherwise have been quite a dry course very enjoyable and I would recommend her to anyone looking for first aid at work training.
