The first aid training was very informative, practical, and easy to follow. The instructor explained everything clearly and gave us useful real-life examples, which made the information easier to understand and remember. I particularly appreciated the practical exercises, as they helped build confidence in how to respond in an emergency. Overall, it was a very useful and engaging session, and I feel much more confident about knowing what to do if a first aid situation occurs at work.
