Marwa was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. The course flowed at a good pace and we were given adequate time to make notes as we went along. There was a good mix of practical and theory work and regular breaks to give you a chance to take it all in. Overall, a very good course.

Neil was very patient in going back to the slide giving detailed explanation when I asked questions. The group and practical activity helped me to understand the concept more and allowed us to continue to do it until we were confident. He is an outstanding instructor.
