The instructor made it easy to understand and explained even when we didnt quite understand, he also added humour into it but not too much, enjoyed every moment of the 3 days, i hope i get him again in 3 years time.

The instructors were clearly very knowledgeable and were very clear in their delivery. Their calm and kind approach made a huge difference for a difficult subject and definitely enhanced the learning.

I agree about death by PowerPoint, but at times it would have been helpful to have had key words and acronyms displayed on a PowerPoint to fully understand them and how they are spelt etc. Especially for visual learners.
