Just did a first aid playgroup course, and I highly recommend it! The instructor was super friendly, and the hands-on practice (like CPR on child mannequins) was so helpful. They covered everything you’d need to know without it feeling overwhelming. If you’ve got little ones, it’s a no-brainer—totally worth it!

Marta is a fantastic instructor and made the course really easy to follow. The instructions were very clear and the role play really helped to understand how quickly to act and what pressure to use for CPR/backblows etc. - thank you Marta!
