Mel was lovely she really did help everyone not stress the whole time she was energetic and gave us some much information and it stuck with us all. I would 100% work with Mel again she was sweet supportive and just amazing at delivering all the information and getting us all involved. I learnt alot from Mel and the information and all the practical work.

Really good course, Mel was extremely knowledgeable and taught the room in a way to make sure everyone understood. She was able to answer any questions we had and ensured everyone was involved equally and fairly.

The instructor was amazing, full of energy which made the training and presentations more fun and engaging, doing all the scenarios as a group, with partners was really fun and I would definitely recommend her as your instructor.
