Organisation of the Course

Excellent & friendly atmosphere trainer explained fully & showed all elements in order to follow and complete my course & exam to a high standard. You could ask questions and also allowed to demonstrate techniques during course. All aspects of the course were perfect for this course and highly enjoyed and feel better knowing more about first aid for myself and of course my dog.
