Mashallah, Instructor Ahmed Sayed was very clear with his delivery and was slides were interactive. Practical assessment were fun, informative and great experience for the the group.

The couse delivered was delivered fantastically. The information was clear and easy to digest due to the manner in which it was explained. Resources were good and appropriate. The instructor made the course enjoyable and not boring which is important for learning and retention. I would recommend this course to individuals endeavoring to become a first aider or just to obtain essential life skills and be able to help people.

The First Aid training instructor was excellent. The session was well-structured, clear, and engaging throughout. Concepts were explained in a simple and practical way, making them easy to understand and remember. I feel much more confident in my first aid knowledge as a result of this training.

I recently completed the Outdoor Persuits First Aid course and it was exceptional from start to finish. The training was expertly delivered, combining clear instruction with highly practical and scenario based learning that felt directly relevant to real situations in remote and challenging environments. The instructor Ahmad demonstrated good knowledge and professionalism, creating a learning atmosphere that was both engaging and very confidence building. I left the course not only with new skills but also with a much deeper sense of assurance in my ability to respond effectively in an emergency. I would recommend this course to anyone who values being fully prepared for emergency situations.

Ahmad was very professional, and supported the entire groups learning. He made us feel at ease, and made sure to keep the tone lighthearted where appropriate, making the class enjoyable and engaging. The importance of the subject material was highlighted, and the method of learning was made very easy for all. Would strongly recommend for all Masjid's as essential training.
