Our instructor Ahmed clearly and concisely explained and demonstrated all areas of the first aid course. Using understandable examples to help with our learning. A very necessary skill for us all to aquire, delivered in an easy manner. Thank you.

I particularly appreciated the hands-on practical sessions, as they really helped deepen my understanding and build confidence. The instructor’s use of real-life anecdotes made the content more engaging and memorable. It was also very beneficial to see and handle the first aid equipment in person, as this made everything feel much more realistic and applicable.

Ahmad was a great instructor and truly had a passion for first aid, props to him for providing us with a great session and can’t wait to help others.

The couse delivered was delivered fantastically. The information was clear and easy to digest due to the manner in which it was explained. Resources were good and appropriate. The instructor made the course enjoyable and not boring which is important for learning and retention. I would recommend this course to individuals endeavoring to become a first aider or just to obtain essential life skills and be able to help people.
