It could have been very dull, too information-intense etc but alhamdulillah it was paced well, with conversation keeping attention up

The training was very well prepared and structured, which made it easy to follow throughout. I particularly appreciated the hands-on practical sessions, as they really helped deepen my understanding and build confidence. The instructor’s use of real-life anecdotes made the content more engaging and memorable. It was also very beneficial to see and handle the first aid equipment in person, as this made everything feel much more realistic and applicable.
