Paul Watson was an exceptional instructor. He is clearly passionate not only relating to ensuring that students get the information they need - but is also clearly encouraging for students to learn the skills to potentially save lives and help where needed. The classes were clear, professional, very well presented, friendly, questions were encouraged and the content of the course appropriate and in my opinion, to the right level.

The delivery of any training course is as important as the content. Paul’s calm and personable character put all candidates at ease quickly and this helped the class to settle into the learning environment. There is no doubt that Paul has delivered this course on many previous occasions but his good nature and attention to detail kept the full attention of all candidates. Great course well delivered.
