Emma was a fantastic instructor, i have done many first aid courses before but definately feel i learnt a lot more with Emma, i felt really at ease with her and wasnt worried about asking any questions,and when i did they were answered extremely well.very much enjoyed this first aid course,i will definately be using her again.

Initially i was really concerned about using this equipment. I now feel confident and fully informed. It was great to train with other individuals who may be at the harbour should we ever need to work as a team. Really enjoyed everyone practising being lead person. Emma presented information in a punchy, humorous way. She always checked for understanding and revisited important facts regularly; using real life examples to help understanding and with lots of practical practice. I feel I have a better understanding of the issues in my workplace, and more confidence to deal with problems needing first aid.
