Luke made the course enjoyable and interesting from the start. You can tell he is extremely passionate about his job which showed throughout the duration of the course. I have done a few First Aid Courses now and this was by far the best one. The use of equipment was great, I love that we were able to get instant feedback when doing CPR via Bluetooth. He was clear, consistent and encouraging the whole day! Let’s not forget the snacks he provided, always a winner too! Great job Luke :)
