Knowledgeable and clear with good equipment and delivery. The quiz was enjoyable, we were able to take toilet breaks at any time and had a couple of tea/coffee breaks. Instructions prior to course were also really clear with the exception of a couple of emails that went into my spam box. I checked times night before the course and apologise for being late to the start of the course.
