I felt the instructor took the time to get to know me on a personal level, finding out my previous first aid experience. This allowed me to learn and spend more time on things I wasn’t so confident with. This is the second course I have done here and the instructor is very knowledgable and friendly. I always come away learning something new.

Lets be honest no one really wants to spend time in a classroom but the atmosphere and the way the course was delivered made it far less painful than I was expecting

Excellent training, concise and clear, explains information in an easy to follow way. Friendly and very helpful answered all questions while ensuring everyone understands the information given before moving onto next subject. Other training schools would do well to take a leaf from their book. 10/10 will definitely be recommending Sue and Owen to others.
