Really enjoyed the course, the varied array of training aids including 3 different types of manikins from CPR to trauma manikins, great to do practical wound packing made the course more realistic and Joe is a great instructor who uses his knowledge to improve the learning experience

This was my first experience doing First aid and I was nervous about attending the course thinking I would struggle. Joe has an ability to pass on his knowledge in a friendly and enjoyable way that helped me gain confidence and the ability to carry out all the assessments well.
