I thought the course was really good, it was structured in a way that flowed well and when we asked questions they were answered straight away rather than us waiting for the part in the presentation. I really appreciated questions being answered that were slightly out of scope of Emergency First Aid at Work which actually makes me feel equipped to use what I have learnt outside of it if I needed to. Ellen was a great trainer, enthusiastic and lively. It was quite intense but she kept us all going!
