Very pleased with Dee Jackson she explained everything clearly which we all understood .she helped us with the cpr with using the baby manikins and how to be a bandage on . Dee Jackson executed a very thorough course in a friendly professional manner, very helpful, informative & approachable.

Dee Jackson is an excellent teacher and will always come back to for re-fresher or re-training courses as her training skills are clear and concise and her training materials used are excellent. Regularly assessed to make sure each of us were onboard with methods used in manual handling part of training and also with how she presented and taught us the various links throughout the course with pauses for us to ask questions or to repeat if unsure and that we had kept up. Definitely will use Dee Jackson again and again!

Dee is an excellent course provider. This was my 2nd course and both were informative and helpful. Dee is easy to understand and is always checking that the pace is ok for everyone. Well prepared tutor.

Dee answered all questions and obviously knows her stuff. We had lots of opportunities to put what we'd learned into practice, with gentle encouragement and help for all participants, particularly if we felt a bit nervous about doing the practical work in front of others. The time flew by as her delivery made everything very interesting.

Dee is FANTASTIC friendly clear and no question the best instructor we have every had, made the day fun and more importantly full of facts and easy to learn. See you in 3 years Dee :)
