I was so glad we found an organisation that will teach First Aid at Work with a Paediatric First Aid bolt-on, so we receive 2 certificates for a little longer in the classroom (much better than sitting 2 courses with a similar content).
Claire was brilliant, she made me feel comfortable and supported where needed. Claire teaches in a fun and enthusiastic way, that engages you throughout. I would recommend this course and company. Thank you very much Claire.

Claire is very passionate about first aid and her knowledge of paediatric first aid is second to none. Claire uses a practical and fun method and is supportive when needed. I would definitely recommend this course to others.

Owain provided the course in a fun enthusiastic way, where we were encouraged to talk about situations we have encountered in our lives. He also used his experience of ambulance work to back everything up.
I would definitely recommend Owain and this course. The best first aid course I have been on in the 40 years of learning the subject.

Excellent trainer who is very supportive in his training method. He trains in a humorous yet informative way and makes you feel at ease in asking questions. I feel very confident in my first aid abilities thank to him and would definitely choose him again. I have done paediatric first aid training for over 14 years because of my job and he is definitely the best trainer I had.

Owain is an excellent trainer, he taught the first aid in a very friendly manner and makes you feel at ease asking questions without felling silly in asking. I struggle with my anxiety and I get very nervous easily but he made me feel calm and capable in my own first aid abilities thank you so much. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Owain was brilliant. This was my first ever first aid course and I was a little apprehensive. Owain made us all feel at ease and explained everything in a very clear simple way, even the crazy questions I threw at him. A few people in our group didn't want to take part in the practical parts, it didn't matter because owain understood and talked then through it without making it awkward.
