Arlene was excellent at providing a very calm and professional atmosphere when teaching this course. As someone who struggles with learning environments and the intake of information I found both times I’ve taken this course I was able to follow along with the pace very well and managed to intake the information with no problems.

Arlene made the training fun while still communicating the importance of Canine First Aid. She also asked for our experience’s in situations we have been in where we’ve had to use First aid. This was good listening to actual scenarios and how people dealt with them. The hands on training approach where we practiced what we had learned fits perfectly with my learning style. It was the right mix of listening and actually practicing. Would highly recommend Arlene as a trainer for this course 🐾
