This training was effective, the trainer ensured that everything was clearly understood giving reasons behind why we should do what would be required in an emergency situation regarding first aid. The training was kept light and to the point. Time spent on this training was very beneficial.

Yvonne presented the course to a high standard. All questions that was given to Yvonne was answered and also was demonstrated. This is a very serious and sensitive course,,Yvonne made the whole day interesting, fun at times when we could be.

Yvonne Murray sets out the courses in such a way that that the information comes across clearly and efficiently. As a practitioner she uses her experience to convey the salient points clearly leaving the students confident as to the steps to take in any situation. A most enjoyable experience!
