So nice and friendly, answered all my questions in the correct amount of detail needed for my understanding (not going into medical terms or anything that’s unnecessary for me to know to give first aid). Passed with no issues and went away feeling confident & comfortable that i’d know what to do if I needed to administer first aid.

Stephanie was brilliant at explaining each aspect of the training and made clear links to issues I would experience in my working role. The knowledge and guidance received was informative and reassuring. It was also very useful to ask such experienced professionals what to do in certain situations.
