Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed with ATH Training Group Ltd and prices are excluding VAT. ATH Surrey will email confirmation of your booking along with your invoice which can be paid online, or by BACs transfer. During COVID We have several measures in place to protect both our customers and instructors, these include; 1. Ensuring each venue will be fully disinfected prior to every course. 2. Reducing class numbers to ensure social distancing can be adhered to. 3. Non contact temperature checks on arrival. If anyone is displaying a fever they will not be admitted to the course and can re book without further costs being incurred. 4. Each person will have their own manikin, bandages for the course including PPE. 5. Tea and coffee supplied will be individually wrapped A full list of control measures will be emailed along with your confirmation email however if you have any concerns please contact us to discuss these. Mandy has the experience to make the first aid training make sense in real world terms, including plenty of examples to help us learn and understand why first aid is structured as it is.
