Jen has a way of making the First Aid Course into a fun thing to do rather than a terrifying prospect which it is always to me.

I would personally like to thank Jan, myself and Holly weren't looking forward to attending a classroom - being new to it all we wasn't really sure what to expect but our instructor "Jen" was fantastic, we both left with complete confidence in our ability to perform first aid. This is credit to Jen and her passion to pass on lifesaving knowledge!!
I would advise anyone, whether it's required or not to take this course because to someone out there it could make all the difference.
10/10 extremely pleased we've done this one.
